By accessing or using NearZBy ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

2. Posting Guidelines & Merchant Obligations

Users posting store offers, local discounts, or promo codes agree that:

• All offer titles, discount percentages, store locations, and coupon codes must be accurate and genuine.
• Misleading, expired, prohibited, or spam listings are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate rejection or deletion.
• Free tier accounts include 1 active offer slot. Additional listing slots require verification or upgrade.
• All user-posted offers undergo administrative moderation before appearing in public city listings.

3. User Conduct & Moderation

NearZBy reserves the right to edit, suspend, or terminate accounts or offers that violate community guidelines, post offensive content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

NearZBy provides a discovery marketplace platform connecting shoppers and merchants. While we verify postings, store offers are subject to merchant availability and store terms.
